Is the training at the Farm based on fact?
No, I had to use my artistic freedom and creativity since that information is classified. I took what I learned from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training (BUD/S) and what I have seen in spy movies to come up with the training. However, a retired Operations Officer said I did a great job depicting the training.
Have I ever been CIA headquarters?
No, but many of my friends have. One friend asked me how I knew about the mirrors (nothing classified) in the hallways. My response was that I was very resourceful, just like the character in the book.
Of the people and locations mentioned in the book how many are real?
A few of them are but I placed them in different locations. For example, the underground Russian submarine is located at a base in Balaklava, Crimea, not northern Russia. I did have the opportunity to attend a dinner honoring our astronauts and I was seated next to John Glenn.
Do I share any Classified information in my books?
No, I never have done that and never will.
